To access the full functionality of dane55, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested in the registration form. You warrant that all information supplied is truthful, accurate, complete and not misleading.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dane55 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bonuses and withhold any balances pending a fraud review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify dane55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
dane55 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage. Typical documents required for Pakistani users include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, and in some cases proof of address or a payment method verification. You must upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification flow. Never send sensitive documents via unsecured channels. You must not alter, obscure or falsify any document submitted.
Failure to complete KYC to dane55's satisfaction within any notified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being paused, Account restrictions being applied, or Account closure at dane55's discretion.
The Platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes. You may access and use dane55 only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that the laws relating to online gaming vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any provincial regulations. dane55 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, data-mining tools or any other means to access, scrape or manipulate the Platform. You must access the Platform only through the official website interface. Use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions may result in Account suspension.
While dane55 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds data, game information and promotional details published on the Platform, errors may occasionally occur. dane55 reserves the right to correct manifest errors and, in such circumstances, may void bets or transactions placed at materially incorrect odds or on the basis of erroneous information.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for context only and do not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services on this Platform.
Account balances and transactions may be denominated in PKR or other currencies as specified in the cashier. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the User. dane55 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the value of deposits, withdrawals or balances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with minimum withdrawal amounts as displayed in the cashier. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. dane55 cooperates with anti-money laundering obligations and may request evidence of source of funds in accordance with applicable requirements.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and free spins offered by dane55 are subject to specific promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails with respect to that promotion.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion. As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Actual bonus amounts and requirements are governed by live promotion terms.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8. Where bonus abuse is identified, dane55 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and close the Account.
dane55 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or substitute any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made under the promotion's published terms at the time of opt-in.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any provision in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance pending investigation:
All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data compilations, odds data and design elements — is the property of dane55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your use of the Platform.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of dane55. Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dane55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes. dane55 does not guarantee winnings, profits or any particular gaming outcome.
dane55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the circumstances — where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, Prohibited Conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Where an Account is closed due to User-initiated closure and no breach is identified, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via the User's registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Where closure follows a finding of Prohibited Conduct, funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where fraud or abuse is confirmed.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting dane55 support. Closure requests may take up to seven (7) business days to process. You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations, including unmet wagering requirements, at the time of closure.

dane55 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the resolution of disputes arising from gambling-related activity. Users must assess the implications of this for their ability to seek legal redress in Pakistan before registering.
dane55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — for example, by publishing a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on your Account.
Any amended Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
